How It Works

From Application to Arrival in 4 Steps

We handle the filing process so you can focus on your trip.

Step 1

Fill Out Our Simplified Form

Provide your passport details and travel plans. Our English-only form eliminates confusing government field names.

Step 2

Expert Review & Error Check

A team member manually reviews every submission for typos, date format errors, and passport number mismatches before filing.

Step 3

QR Code Delivered via Email

Once approved, your official TDAC QR code is emailed to you with a backup copy stored securely in our system.

Step 4

Skip the Line at Immigration

Present your QR code at the immigration counter. Pre-approved travelers access express lanes and avoid kiosk queues.

Why Use Our Service

Government Forms Can Be Confusing. We Make It Simple.

The Thailand Digital Arrival Card requires accurate passport data, specific date formats, and a valid Thai address. A single typo in your passport number or selecting the wrong date format can flag your application for manual review at the border — leading to delays at immigration.

Our service acts as a buffer between you and the government system. We translate confusing field labels into plain English, review every submission for common errors, and re-file if needed — all before you board your flight.

Human Error Detection

Every application is reviewed by a person who checks passport numbers, name spelling, and date accuracy before filing with immigration.

Group Processing for Families

Process up to 6 travelers in one form. The government portal requires each person to submit a separate application individually.

Cloud Backup of QR Codes

Lost your confirmation email? We keep a secure backup and can resend your QR codes anytime via support@tdac.info.

Free Corrections & Refiling

If your flight changes or you spot a mistake, we correct and refile your TDAC at no additional cost.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)?
The TDAC is a mandatory electronic document that replaced the paper TM6 card. All foreign nationals entering Thailand must submit one before arrival. It records your passport data, travel details, and accommodation in Thailand for immigration processing.
Is the TDAC mandatory for all travelers?
Yes. As of May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals are required to complete the TDAC regardless of visa type — including tourists under visa exemption, Visa on Arrival applicants, business travelers, and long-stay visa holders.
Why should I use this service instead of the free government portal?
The official portal is free but does not include error checking, support, or group applications. Our service adds manual review to catch passport number typos and date format mistakes that cause rejection, a simplified English form, the ability to process up to 6 travelers at once, 24/7 email support, and a cloud backup of your QR code in case you lose it.
When should I apply?
You can apply up to 12 months in advance. We recommend at least 72 hours before departure so there is time for review and processing. If your flight is within 72 hours, we process your application as a priority and aim to deliver QR codes as quickly as possible.
What happens if I make a mistake on my application?
Every submission is reviewed by a team member who checks for common errors — passport number format, name mismatches, wrong dates, and missing fields. If we find an issue, we contact you before filing. If you spot a mistake after submission, email support@tdac.info and we will correct and refile at no extra cost.
Can I apply for my family or travel group?
Yes. Select the number of passengers (up to 6) in the form. You will fill in details for each traveler and we process all applications together. The government portal requires each person to file individually.
Do I need to print the QR code?
We recommend it. Airport Wi-Fi can be unreliable and your phone battery may die during a long flight. A printed copy ensures you can present it to immigration regardless of connectivity issues.
